Errors when preparing offers

When preparing a clear offer, we must remember to:

• describe all elements of the offer in accordance with the current state,

• the subject of the offer were areas that were available to a potential investor in terms of procedure and ownership,

• do not leave fields blank,

• prepare an offer also in English,

• attach a clear map and photos of the area to the offer,

• include contact details of the person who will provide detailed and comprehensive information about the offer.
